1 Room Available only for one (1) person in a shared apartment of 3 rooms.
ANMELDUNG IS POSSIBLE
A large furnished room with a sleeping area where the bed is situated. The room has two large windows and has plenty of natural lighting. It is equipped with essential furnitures such bed, study table, office chair, and a clothes hanger. There is an option to use a computer monitor that could be connected to a laptop, for those who work at home. The room has large space and gets alot of natural lighting.The whole flat has hard-wood floors.
The kitchen is, of course, equipped with the appropriate equipments such as oven, cooking stove, microwave oven, fridge, a bread toaster, and a coffee maker.
A washing machine is also available for use and is also located in the kitchen.
You are also welcome to access the larger balcony (through the kitchen). The west-side looking balcony has the view of the quaint building backyard.
Located in a very well connected part of the borough of Reinickendorf, the Eichborndamm S-Bahn and Bus stations are literally two minutes away, while Karl-Bonhoeffer-Nervenklinik and Lindauer Allee U-Bahn stations are within a 15-minute stroll. Gesundbrunnen Station is just 10 minutes away via S-Bahn, while you could easily reach to and from Alexanderplatz, Kottbüsser Tor, Hermannplatz, and other areas in the Kreuzberg-Neukölln area via U8.
Two supermarkets are around, the nearest would be Edeka which is just around the corner. The other, Lidl, is within 400 meters away. There is also a gas station, Späti/ Kiosk, a local cafe, and a pub within the vicinity.
Three kilometers away to the east is the scenic Lake Tegel, and other historical areas such as Borsigsturm.
The room is rented on a temporary (Zwischenmiet/ Miet auf Zeit) basis for 1 year as we are intending to use the room for our needs in the future. The apartment is suitable for long-term living of three (3) persons, and is currently shared by three males. I am moving out at the end of the month and we are looking for a suitable roommate.
The flat is available starting on May 1, 2024 till May 1, 2025. An earlier move-in date is also possible, depending on negotiation. An extension may be possible depending on our needs and could be discussed in the future.
We would like to request you to present relevant documents such as Identification, and proof of financial capacity (such as but not limited to: payslips, parental guarantee, block account slips, etc.).
The warmrent is €700,00 a month which consist of €630 coldrent, and €70 for utilities (which consist of prepaid share of the electricity, gas, and internet connection bills).
We also would need a 3-month deposit amounting to 3 months of coldrent to a total of €1,890
