The apartment is on the first floor and consists of two rooms, a small hall, kitchen with balcony and bathroom. The bathroom has a bathtub and a window. The room is furnished. It has a bed (1,40m), 2 bedside tables, a chest of drawers, a dressing table and a wardrobe. The apartment is equipped with all important things so that you really only need your clothes to move in. :-) attention: I am staying in the living room so it's not possible to use that. Only if I am not at home. The flat has a lovely cat but don't worry, it's clean and if you want you can keep your door closed
The apartment is near to the subway Residenzstr. (U8). Various buses also stop nearby. The fact that the apartment is located in a side street but it is nice and quiet. Your room is out to the courtyard. In just 8 minutes you are at the U Bahnhof. From there you can reach the U Alexanderplatz in just 15 minutes. Also to the U Zoologischer Garten you do not need long. By car you can find enough free parking and is fast on the highway. Various small shops can be found within walking distance in the Residenzstraße.
Looking for someone nice and uncomplicated. The WG owns a cat, so it is best someone without allergy. :-) of course you can keep your room closed so that your room is cat free. If you are interested, please write something about yourself. I basically speak German, but I also like to try in English :-)
Attention: between 01.08.2019 to 31.10.2019 the price is 120 Euro higher (450 Euro warm) because i am travelling and you can use my room / the living room too. So in this time it is like "your own flat".
