I am renting the bigger room of my 55m2 flat, which is 22m2 in Neukölln, from the 1st of April til the 20th of May. The price is 650 per month. I can confirm with you later on during the next few days if you can stay until the 1st of June.
The apartment is bright and cosy. It was renovated 8 years ago, so it still looks pretty new.
The room has a double bed, a big desk, a wardrobe, a cupboard and a screen (not TV, it is for Netflix or YouTube).
The room's window is situated on the side of the inner communal garden of the building, meaning you can only hear birds.
The closest s-bahn/u-bahn stations are hermmanstrasse and leinestrasse (about 8/10 mins away).
In the flat, I like to share meals and new recipes, have good conversations, walk in the park, and do other outdoor activities Tempelhofer Feld is right at the corner! (1 minute away by foot).
Overall I enjoy a quiet life in the flat and of course, it is important to respect each other's space.
NO PARTY ALLOWED, or generally people who live during the night and sleep during the day, thanks! :)
The flat is a 2 bedroom one and you will live with me and my lovely dog.
Important for me is that you will be actively cleaning the flat together weekly and you will be taking good care of it as if it were your own.
I like to share these tasks and help each other as much as we can, also with groceries and whatever comes to mind.
