Hello people!
I am looking for someone to live in my beautiful Altbau queendom as I embark on a journey to Egypt. My room is a spacious and colorful space specially designed for art and music lovers. It has Yamaha studio monitors, Kawai digital piano and an inspirational atmosphere. It's filled with sun and day light, you would have your own balcony to enjoy the breeze and the kitchen, living room are shared with my female roommate.
The apartment is located in Friedenau (between Schöneberg and Steglitz) and is very well connected to public transportation (U9, S1 and several buses). It’s also 1 station away from the Ringbahn station Bundesplatz.
Overall the area is very calm and homey, full of greens and peaceful energy. We have all kinds of stores, supermarkets and cute cafes around within walking distance.
Room is available from 20.12 till beginning of March. Dates are negotiable. Rent per month is 500 Euro.
