The apartment is located in the Schöneberg district at Kleistpark area.
The price 325 euro includes everything!
About the area:
What's great about the area is that it is very close to everything.
5 minutes walk to U-bahn Kleistpark U7 (only 3 station to Mehringdamm) and on the other side of the street you have 5 minutes walk to S-Bahnhof Yorckstrasse where you get to Potsdamer platz and Südkreuz very easily , just two stations to each destination.
Near the flat you have restaurants, supermarkets, bars at Akazienkiez and of course the beautiful park - Kleistpark when during sunny days is fun to hangout there.
In the flat you will have two roommates whom will be sharing with you the flat.
Both big rooms have a balcony, you'll be renting the small room.
Of course when the other Untermieter will decide leave the flat, you will have the option to choose to move in to the bigger room.
There is a wash machine in the flat.
We are searching for a responsible person who likes to hang out, likes to laugh, eat together and of course take part of the flat chores which means cleaning after him!
I will be your future Hauptmieter, I'm conservative so if you're into the SJW world or third wave feminism , I don't think it'll work out.
