ANBINDUNGEN: Die Wohnung liegt zentral in Schöneberg, wirklich direkt an der U7 U-Bahnhof Eisenacher Straße (ca 2 Minuten zu Fuß), die U4 ist 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, Nollendorfplatz wo die U1, U2, U3 und U4 fahren ist auch recht dicht, ca 7 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad.
In der Nähe fahren die Busse M46, M85, M48. Yorckstrasse ist auch nicht weit wo die S2, S25 und S26 und S1 fahren.
Muss man mit Zug fahren ist der Südkreuz Bahnhof auch echt dicht dran und man ist mit dem Bus in 11 Minuten am Bahnhof, oder bequem in 20 Minuten mit der U7 ohne umsteigen am Bahnhof Charlottenburg. Mit der U7 kann man auch leicht zum Bahnhof Spandau mit der U7 durchfahren, was ich sehr entspannt finde, weil man mit Koffern nicht umsteigen muss. Zum Flughafen geht es auch recht direkt mit der U7 bis Rudow und dann 2 Stationen mit dem Bus.
Die Anbindungen sind also richtig gut.

LAGE:
Die Wohnung liegt zentral in Schöneberg in einer super Nachbarschaft. Es gibt um die Ecke einen kleinen Supermarkt, da ist man in 2 Minuten zu Fuß, einen Edeka circa 5 Minuten entfernt und alles andere bekommt man an der Hauptstrasse die ca 10 Minuten zu Fuß ist.
Die Straße ist sehr ruhig, direkt hinter dem Haus ist ein kleiner Park mit Spielplatz. Zwei Strassen weiter sind Bars und Restaurants, wer gerne essen geht, es gibt hier fast alles aus der ganzen Welt. Bars gibt es sowohl Studentenbars als auch gehobenere Klasse.
Es ist ein sehr sicherer und ruhiger Teil Berlins, Abends gibt es nie Probleme, ich bin auch sehr spät hier manchmal noch unterwegs und wurde noch nie als Frau dumm angequatscht oder sonstiges. Die Menschen sind freundlich und zuvorkommend, es gibt viele junge Familien.
Die Nachbarn im Haus sind alle sehr nett, wir kennen uns untereinander, man leiht sich Sachen, manche von ihnen machen auch regelmäßig was, man kann Hausmeister und Nachbarn immer um Rat fragen, ist aber auch okay, wenn man sich lieber zurückzieht. Es wohnen größtenteils Familien im Haus und ein paar sehr nette ältere Leute.

CONNECTIONS: The flat is centrally located in Schöneberg, really close to the U7 underground station Eisenacher Straße, (about 2 minutes walk) the U4 is 10 minutes walk away, Nollendorfplatz where the U1, U2, U3 and U4 run is also quite close, about 7 minutes by bike.
Buses M46, M85, M48 run nearby. Yorckstrasse is also close by, where the S2, S25 and S26 and S1 run.
If you have to go by train, Südkreuz station is also really close and you can get to the station in 11 minutes by bus, or comfortably in 20 minutes with the U7 without changing at Charlottenburg station. You can also easily get to Spandau station with the U7, which I find very relaxing because you don't have to change trains with suitcases. You can also get to the airport quite directly with the U7 to Rudow and then 2 stops by bus.
So the connections are really good.

LOCATION:
The flat is centrally located in Schöneberg in a great neighbourhood. There is a small supermarket around the corner, which is a 2-minute walk away, an Edeka about 5 minutes away and everything else is available on the main street, which is about a 10-minute walk away.
The street is very quiet, directly behind the house is a small park with a playground. Two streets away are bars and restaurants. If you like to eat out, you can find almost everything from all over the world here. Bars are student bars as well as more upscale.
It is a very safe and quiet part of Berlin, there are never any problems in the evenings, I am sometimes out and about here even very late at night and have never been accosted stupidly as a woman or anything else. The people are friendly and accommodating, there are many young families.
The neighbours in the house are all very nice, we know each other, we borrow things, some of them do things regularly, you can always ask the caretaker and neighbours for advice, but it's also okay if you prefer to keep to yourself. There are mostly families living in the house and a few very nice older people.

Ich bin Eigentümerin der Wohnung in der ich auch wohne und vermiete derzeit Zimmer unter. Selber bin ich Studentin und muss viel von zu Hause aus arbeiten und suche daher ruhige Mitbewohner.
Es wird ein weiteres Zimmer vermietet. Das Wohnzimmer ist zur Nutzung für die geteilte Nutzung von euch beiden dann.
Das WG-Leben ist hier ruhig und recht zurückgezogen. Parties und große Versammlungen bitte ausserhalb feiern.
Da es nur ein Bad gibt, ist es wichtig aufeinander Rücksicht zu nehmen.
Putzplan wird geteilt und jeder hat für eine Woche einen Aufgabenbereich, der einmal die Woche wechselt.
Samriddhi und ich sind beide für einen freundlichen und verständnisvollen Umgang, aber da wir viel zu tun haben ist das WG-Leben eher introvertiert. Ideal wäre jemand, der ruhig ist, aber in der Lage zu kommunizieren wenn es etwas gibt. Und die sich an den Putzplan halten kann, den wir teilen.

I am the owner of the apartment in which I also live and currently sublet rooms. I myself am a student and have to work from home a lot, so I am looking for quiet roommates.
There is another room for rent. The living room is for shared use by both of you then.
WG life here is quiet and calm. Please celebrate parties and large gatherings outside.
Because there is just one bathroom, it is important to have consideration for each other.
Cleaning is shared, we have a schedule so that everyone has one area of responsibility for a week and it changes once a week. Samriddhi and I both are nice and understanding but also rather private as we both have a lot to do. Ideal would be someone calm, but able to communicate when there is anything. And please hold on to our shared cleaning plan.
