The room in a student residence is available from 01.04.24 long term till November 2024 with the possibility to extend with a trial period of 3 months. You will be sharing a place with 5 other students. The room is equipped with furniture. Perfect for those studying in FU, as otherwise the place is located quite far from center. Anmeldung NOT possible The rent is 427 all included. Looking for a working student, who values a comfortable living environment, is tidy and responsible. No smoking in the room is allowed. There's a fitness room and washing room on the ground floor.
Females identified are preferred.
Weekly cleaning of common areas (kitchen, bathrooms, toilet) is already included.

The student campus is located in a peaceful residential area. All the necessary shops are within the walking distance.
Even though it is a student WG, it's still a place where everyone should be respectful to each other, keep the apartment tidy, and be open to being open-minded to live with other international students. Important to maintain silent hours after 22 pm.
There is lots of places to socialize with other students.
You will need your student Mensa card for using a washing room.
In your application please include a short introduction of yourself, your WG expectation, your lifestyle and what is important for you in WG living. Proof of financial stability/ source of paying rent, reference from the previous landlords, and Applicants with SCHUFA (jetzt beantragen) are preferred, but not obligatory.
