We are looking for a calm and mature female room-mate. The contract is on the first hand until Sept 1st but there might be a chance to extend. The Room is in an attic apt with a 140x200 bed, matress, desk, chair, warderobe and floor lamp. You will share a 2 bedroom 70 sqm apt with 28yr old female graduate student from Norway. The apt contains a fully equipped kitchen with west facing sunny balcony; a bathroom with a washing machine and a living room with 2 couches, coffe-tables, big dining table and LCD TV with Android TV service. The apt has a good speed Internet (Vodafone).
After Sept, the apt will be put together with the adjacent apartment and be turned into a 140 sqm apt with 5 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, 2 full kitchens, 2 west-facing balconies, and the living room described above to become a 5-person WG. If you would like to stay on this can be discussed and the rent would stay the same. The goal is to make this into a fun, international (probably with a large Scandinavian percentage) WG with a mix of students and young professionals. The owners are Swedish and Norwegian and live in the same building. Note that currently there is an opening for only 1 female to join the WG but it is possible to see the apt and be put in the "waiting list" for when the other 3 rooms become available in the fall.

The monthly rent is all Inclusive and INCLUDES EVERYTHING also electricity and WiFi.
The apt is on Eisenacher str near Ubahn stop Westphalweg (U6) which is 2min away by foot and takes you anwhere in Berlin very quickly.
Die nächste U-bahn Station U6 Westphalweg ist 2min zu Fuss entfernt. Fußläufig befinden sich Cafés, Restaurants, Bäckerei, Post, und sonstige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
