The room itself is quite small but it's great and cozy for sleeping and working and you get to enjoy the big kitchen and the even bigger living room + 2(!) balconies for yourself most of the time, as my lovely housemate Andres works 9-5 and trains a lot. as this is very short term my housemate also offered to swap rooms, let's talk!
Apartment facts:
Comfy living room with huge couch
Bedroom with desk, storage and loft bed
2 Balconies (yep, that's right!), one with hammock
Large kitchen (not so large preparing/dining table, sorry)
Bathroom with bathtub
Closed backyard that is pretty much our (and neighbors) own little park

Located in Alt Tempelhof, quiet area, family vibes NO PARTY HOUSE but a chill and homey place to relax in.
Easy and fast to get to Tempelhofer Feld, xberg, Neukölln or Charlottenburg/Schöneberg (if you drive: Stadtautobahn is close)
You're be living with Andres, a lovely and very chilled circus artist and architect from Chile. If you're looking for company to cook nice dinners with or learn Trapez, he's the one to ask.
