We offer a cosy room (19 qm) in our apartment in the basefloor of a 2 years old house,
The room is bright and has a wonderful View into the garden. The house is in a very quiet neighbourhood. Its a wonderful place :-) (Berlin Baumschulenweg)
We are three guys, sharing this apartement. Two of us will leave for a while to travel - so we want to offer this room for a person who could need it :-).
Price for the room is 300 €/month - all included.
So - now we are looking forward to hear from you - and curious who will be interessted to life with our third flatmate Sol for this time.

Our apartment is in Treptow. 3 Minutes walk to the S-Bahn Station Baumschulenweg. So its not in the City-Center but noit to far away.
Short ride with the S-Bahn or bike to Kreuzberg.
It is a very quiet area of Berlin, where you can hear the birds singing. What is really wonderfull: Sunset at the Roof-Terasse of our house (we share it with all the neighbours in the house) and hear the birds singing: It cant be more wonderfull :-)
We are three guys (Gerrit, Sol and Stephan). We are Gay (You dont have to be, but be open minded please). We are sharing this apartment (120 qm). Very often we have visitors just for the evening or for some weeks. So very often we are more than three of us. I myself (Stephan) will travel this winter. So for 2 1/2 months my room is avaliable.
The whole bilding is a very new building (everybody moved in in May 2015). We (Gerrit and Stephan) organiced and financed the whole construction of the house together with all the 20 neighbours... so we know each other well in the house. Its a very queer house - Lesbiand, gays, Trans, straight people as well (of course :-) ....... And we have 10 children in the house.
For our apartment, we are looking for an open minded, tolerant and relaxed person to share it.
