The flat itself is pretty big, light and beautiful and is an altbau in Wedding. The room is on the back side of the house, so it gets a bit less light and only has one window which although it overlooks the garden does face a wall.
I’m Ella, 36, originally from London and living in Berlin for years/speaking German as well as English. I like doing cultural things, brazilian jiu jitsu, going on walks, hanging with friends and exploring Wedding in my spare time.
I’ve move into the apartment fairly recently, and am looking for someone who wants to take on the project of doing up the kitchen together with me. It’s important to me that it’s not a zweck wg, but no specifics on what that looks like, the main thing is that there’s a good atmosphere and we both enjoy living here together.
Finally, there is no central heating. There is a coal heater in each room, so the only heating is ofenheizung. please consider if that will work for you before replying, and pls mention it in your response if you send a message so I know you’re fine with it
It’s on Gerichtstrasse in Wedding, where Humboldthain station and wedding station are both about a 5min walk away. The 247 bus stops right outside too
