Dear flathunters,
we are looking for a new flatmate to join our WG from mid-February (or March 1st at the latest). Our beautiful spacious WG is located between Rehberge and Seestraße close to the U6 line. It is very green and calm, Rehberge park and Plötzensee are just around the corner. Yet also near to Müllerstraße where you can find markets, all kinds of restaurants and nice cafes. It might be relevant for after the lockdown, as we are looking for someone to stay long-term! Preferably you can become one of the Hauptmieters.
The whole flat is about 100qm and comes with a big living room a sofa and a dining table. Furthermore you can use our fully-equipped bright kitchen with a dishwasher. There is a bathtub in the bathroom and also an additional guest WC.
You would be staying in a smaller room with a window facing the courtyard, which makes it very calm. There is a big bunk bed with a mattress (140x200), for which you will need to pay 100 euros. Another 90 euros will need to be paid for the new washing machine that we just bought. The room can be taken over partly furnished (table, small shelves, chair). Apart from that you can use a small storage space which is connected to the room for all of your stuff. The rent includes all costs (electricity, gas, internet, GEZ).
We both work from home currently, so we are looking for someone calm, clean and organized to join our WG. We do enjoy ocasional chat in the kitchen, having a walk in the park together or a swim in Plötzensee in the summer :)
Due to the current situation we want to be careful and would prefer to meet over Skype first. In case there is chemistry on both sides, we will of course invite you to view the room in person (with the higene regulations).
