From the 15th of February on, a suite (one half of a a 100-meter flat) will be available. The suite consists of two rooms: living/homeoffice room and a bed room. It's also possible to become a main tenant (Hauptmieter).

The flat is between stations: Gesundbrunnen, Bornholmerstr... Officially Mitte and actually in between Prenzlauerberg and Pankow and Wedding.

About the flat:
A four-room 100-sqmeter flat, well-equipped kitchen and toilette with a big bathtub :) The walls are pretty thick that you everyone has absolute privacy.. Very quiet street, with a lot of greenery around.. I founded the WG in October 2019. The flat was renovated just before I moved in as well as the building heating and electricity systems a few years back.

About your suite:
Consisting of a living/homeoffice room and a bed room, the 38-sqmeter partition of the flat, sunny/bright during the day. There's furniture but you can bring in some of your own furniture if you wish.

About me:
I'm 36-year old male. I work as data analyst/scientist, and have been living in Berlin for 10 years. Fun-loving, respectful, quiet and moderately sociable.

I like doing things together sometimes like going out or having a beer or glass of wine but I also appreciate each other's spaces (the size of the flat allows it).

Ab dem 15. Februar steht eine Suite (ein Halb einer 100-Meter-Wohnung) zur Verfügung. Die Suite besteht aus zwei Räumen: einem Wohn-/Homeoffice-Raum und einem Schlafzimmer. Es besteht auch die Möglichkeit, Hauptmieter zu werden.

Die Wohnung liegt zwischen den Bahnhöfen Gesundbrunnen, Bornholmerstraße... Offiziell Mitte und tatsächlich zwischen Prenzlauerberg und Pankow und Wedding.

Über die Wohnung:
Eine 100-Quadratmeter-Wohnung mit vier Zimmern, gut ausgestatteter Küche und Toilette mit einer großen Badewanne :), die Wände sind ziemlich dick, so dass jeder absolute Privatsphäre hat. Sehr ruhige Straße, mit viel Grün um uns herum. Ich habe gegründet Die WG im Oktober 2019, die Wohnung wurde kurz vor meinem Einzug renoviert, ebenso vor ein paar Jahren die Heizungs- und Elektrizitätsanlagen des Gebäudes.

Über deine Suite:
Bestehend aus einem Wohn-/Homeoffice-Raum und einem Schlafzimmer, ist die 38 qm große Wohnungsteilung tagsüber sonnig/hell. Es sind Möbel vorhanden, du kannst aber auch einige deiner eigenen Möbel mitbringen, wenn du möchtest.

Über mich:
Ich bin 36 Jahre alt und männlich. Ich arbeite als Daten analyst/scientist und lebe seit 10 Jahren in Berlin. Lebenslustig, respektvoll, ruhig und mäßig kontaktfreudig.

Manchmal unternehme ich gerne Dinge zusammen, zum Beispiel gehe ich aus oder trinke ein Bier oder ein Glas Wein, aber ich schätze auch den Freiraum des anderen (die Größe der Wohnung lässt das zu).

Wichtig für mich:
Halte gemeinsam genutzte Räume immer so verfügbar wie möglich und achte darauf, dass es ruhig um dich herum ist
