My name is Othilia. I am 20 years old and come from Sweden. I’m moving to Berlin this fall to study art and the cultural history of the city through a Swedish school.

I’m looking for a room between 1st of August - 15th of december (I am flexible with the dates).

I’ve lived in a shared home of five people for the past two years and it has worked very well for me.
I have myself been the landlord of this shared living, (the apartment is mine), so I have a lot of respect and understanding for what it means renting your home to others. I am used to taking responsibility for a household. Paying rent on time, respecting neighbours and roomates and keeping the home tidy is routine for me.

I am very clean! I actually love to clean.

I also love writing, cooking, walking and drinking tea.

I enjoy living with others a lot! It’s cozy and fun. In a shared space, I am calm, respectful and kind.

I speak english and swedish fluently.
I also speak a bit of French and romanian. I understand norwegian and danish.

I will have a stable income (swedish student loan) and can show papers of this if wanted!
