Easygoing illustrator needs semi-large room

Dear all!

I'm Pietro an 28 year old italian illustrator based in Treptow since 2012. Unfortunately my old contract is going to end and i'm going to find myself without room and studio (basically a light table, a lamp and a desk, no noisy stuff!). I'm searching for a place for long term, preferrably an unfurnished room with a bit of light so that it's also possible to work there. I'm an easy going guy, I love to spend my days drawing and studying. Don't really care about noise and am party friendly but don't make partys that often myself but I like to cook and have my girlfriend or a couple of friends around. I have worked for 4 years as carpenter and problem solver for different companies and co-working spaces, so I'm quite handy and good at fixing things. I like to share my skills and knowledge, but I also know how to respect the space of others. I need to be able to smoke my rolling tacaco in my room or on the balcony or kitchen, a part from that I'm very flexible and uncomplicated. I care about the people around me and am generally a calm, kind and aware person who get along with most people.
