Pendler M31, selten anwesend sucht kleines WG-Zimmer

Tach! Ich bin selbstständiger IT-Berater und mein Arbeitsleben spielt sich in Frankfurt/Main ab. Ein Großteil meines sozialen Umfeldes hat es mittlerweile nach Berlin verschlagen, weshalb ich perspektivisch gerne häufiger hier wäre. Das ganze würde sich relativ spontan abspielen bezüglich meiner Anwesenheit. Ich bin aber durch die Selbstständigkeit sehr flexibel und habe in der Heimat eine Wohnung, in der ich meinen Hauptwohnsitz angemeldet habe. Daher wäre eine tage/wochenweise Weitervermietung meines Schlafplatzes für mich völlig in Ordnung.
Den Rest der Zeit kann mein Bett gerne nach Absprache weitervermietet werden. Ich zahle selbstverständlich für den ganzen Monat, da ich die Flexibilität behalten möchte kommen zu können, wenn ich außer der Reihe mal Zeit/Urlaub habe (und der Schlafplatz nicht belegt ist).
Ansonsten bin ich ein unkomplizierter und humorvoller Typ, anfangs etwas introvertiert. Ich koche gerne und laut anderen auch ganz passabel.

Meine favorisierten Locations wären irgendwo in der Nähe der Ringbahn oder der U8.

Hey there!
I'm a self-employed IT Architect who is running his business from his hometown, Frankfurt / Main. The greater part of my social life basically migrated to Berlin, which is why I‘d like to spend more time here. I‘d like to not plan my visits too much and keep it spontaneously. However, because I have a flat in Frankfurt, You may easily rent my bed the rest of the time if we arrange the dates properly together :). Of course I will be paying for the whole month, every month because I'd like to keep the flexibility of coming over if I find some time out-of-line.
What's to say more... well I'm a straightforward and uncomplicated guy with a sense of humor. I consider myself a hobby chef and people appreciate my food most of the time :) I may be a bit introverted at the beginning, but that's not to last very long if we're kind of compatible to each other.

My preferred locations are near Ringbahn or anywhere along U8.
