Looking for a nice place to live

I hope you`re doing well these crazy days. Let me share with you something about myself. My name is Jorge but everybody calls me George, I`m 27 Years old, currently I`m living in my home country Mexico, but since October I started a Master Program in the TU Berlin (Global Production Engineering). But how do I end studying in Germany? Let me share with you, my story. In 2015 I had the opportunity to win a DAAD (Deutscher Akademischer Austauschdienst) Scholarship for 1 year in Siegen, is a small town near Köln, but I wasn`t there the whole year, actually I only studied 6 months at the University and the other 6 I made my Internship in Hannover at Volkswagen. After that wonderful year in Germany in which I could reach B2 German level (Of course I need to practice a lot right now, I hope we can practice together) and a great experience working for a German Company I returned to Mexico. And since 2016 until 2021 I have been working for KIA also Automotive Industry. But I had always the dream to study my Master in Germany as well. So in September 2021 I decided to apply for the most difficult scholarship in Mexico (CONACYT) and I was selected, of course I`m one of the most happy person in the world, because this scholarship pays for everything even they pay you monthly for a Room (So money during my time with you will not be a problem). The thing is that I`m waiting for my Visa and my expectation is to arrive to Berlin on the first week of January 2022. So, I'm running out of time to avoid living on the street haha. I hope you can consider my application. Regarding Flatshare topic, I don`t smoke so no problem with that, when I was in Germany I has the opportunity to live in 2 different flatshares with other male and the other one with one female and trust me I was the one making the schedule for cleaning, because at that time I made a rule besides the basics ones of cleaning dishes etc. and it was to clean deeply the house once per week, so I hope we can add this rule also. I`m a very talkative person when is required but very centered in studies so noise won`t be a problem either.I like to hang out with friends, travel I love to travel and also I hope we can spent time together like cooking or grabbing a drink or just get lost in the talk.
