Hello!
We are Erica and Yana, we are looking for someone for the begining of the year 2024.
The room is 19 sqm with a privat balcony and a big door window. It's already furnished with a bed, desk, chair and wardrobe. The price includes utilities and you have to add 20 euros for the homebox (for cleaning product, soap, and spicies).
We share a big living area with kitchen, sofa and dinning table. And the cute bathroom. We use to keep the communes areas clean.
We are looking for someone who like to spend time at home. We want to share not only the flat but also lovely moment together like dinner, movie night or to do some sport together.
The key of our WG is communication, sharing and respect.
The flat is next to the canal, between Bergmannkiez and Admiralbrücke in a family neighborhood.
You have Netto and Edeka for groceries.

Yana from Berlin, 42 years old work remotly at home from her room. She works like an Expert in Leadership for different company. She likes yoga, meditation and goes from time to time for a run around the canal. She‘ll appreciate sharing those moments and deep conversations with you.
Erica, I'm from France, 36 years old. I work at a german Bakery in Bergmannkiez. I spend my time outside with my friends. I use the flat to resource me and rest. I like to go to the cinema, to dance, to exhibition and I love tea!
Bella and Fili, 3 years old. The two ladies cats of the flat. They are friendly, quiet and always hungry ;) Yana takes care of them but when she can’t, I help her with and we'll need your contributions to feed them and clean their sand when Yana is out of the city (especially in February).
If you want to meet us we can arrange a meeting before the 19th of december,after that we‘ll be out of the city.
