Hi! The room is a 24 m² bright spaceous room it looks towards the court yard which you can see in the pictures. In the room there is a bed, desk, area to work, rack for clothes hanging and big shelf system for your clothes or personal items. I havent moved into the flat yet because I am traveling I so it is clean and ready to live in. I am renting the space for 1 month maybe a bit longer accordingly to my work. The room and house will be clean when given to you and when leaving it must be left clean and it was given to you :) the main important thing is to take care of the flat and be respectful to the others living there
If you would like to rent it for less or more days let me know! Please write a little about yourself and your favorite cafe/bars in berlin so I know you have read this info :)
The location is super central near wedding metro station the U8 and U 5 are 4 minute walk away lots of cafes bars in that area in general as you can check
There are two other roommates Natalia and Will that will be sharing the common kitchen and bathroom with you general rules applies to be respectful towards each other’s privacy and schedules and ofcourse take care of the flat by keeping it clean
