The 20qm room gives you enkugh space for a bedroom, living room, and home office space.
The room has a king-size bed (160x200m) with full timber bed frame and very good quality mattress bought this year (“the bedroom”). Towels, bed sheets, pillows, and linens are also provided.
There is a large closet and a chest drawer. There is also a vintage queen-size sofa bed I bought this year that can be left for the apartment if desired.
There is also a small private balcony (4qm) with two chairs for relaxing, a rack to dry clothes, and a few pots for potential plants.
The room features a window and the balcony door both with roller blinds to ensure absolute darkness at night. During the day, the room is very luminous with a wide view of greens. Since the room and the balcony are not directed towards the any street, the room is very calm and there are no disturbing sounds neither at night nor during the day.
The kitchen and bathroom is shared with one other flatmate. The kitchen is slightly small, but has all the tools you need. There is a pantry, a new large Siemens refrigerator (bought this year!), a stove, an oven, a microwave (bought this month and can also be left for next tenant if desired), a blender, water cooker, and a food processor at your disposal. Cooking plates, pots, glasses, cutlery, pans are also provided.
The bathroom is newly renovated, with a standing shower and a new Siemens washing machine. The vacuum cleaner and Fregona Vileda can be found under the sink.
If you have a bicycle, motorbike or a car, there is a reserved parking lot for you free of charge and you can also park the bike in the bike room in the basement.
The apartment is extremely well connected. It is located only 5 minutes walk away from U Alt-Mariendorf, the south end-station of U6. The city center is easily accessible through the metro. S+U Tempelhof Ringbahn is within 10 minutes reach, S+U Friedrichstraße within 20 minutes, S+U Alexanderplatz and Berlin Hauptbahnhof within 30 minutes via U6. There are also multiple bus connections available — M76, M77, 181, 277. The bus stop is less than 10 minutes walk away from the apartment.
The apartment is located in a quiet residential area. Lidl, Penny, and Rossmann are within 10 minutes walking distance, while Rewe and DM is 15 minutes walk away.
A lively neighborhood scene is just around the corner. A wide range of restaurant options, cuisines from Greek, Spanish, Italian, Mexican, Turkish, and Chinese, selections from beer garden to steakhouses, are all accessible within 10-minute walking distance.
For sports and leisure, Volkspark Mariendorf is only 10 minutes walking distance away, and is a great place for jogging, cycling, or simply walking. There is the McFit gym 20 minutes walk away, and Stadtbad Landwitz 20 minutes bus-ride away if you prefer swimming.

The rent is €650 per month (i.e. heating and water is covered, need to pay electricity and wifi).
