Hi dears,
a room will be free in our 3-person-shared-flat for ~6 weeks from december 13th until 1st of february, since I, Cate, won't be in town for some time. (The room is only available for these 6 weeks!)
The other two persons of the flat are Christian and Sebastian. We all share a passion for cooking, good food and ongoing furniture projects in our flat. Besides open communication and having a good time together (we are definitely not a Zweck-WG!), it’s important for us that you take part in our cleaning schedule and take care of the flat, our furniture und all the stuff :)
Our Flat: The flat is located in Reuterkiez, between Landwehrkanal and Sonnenallee and is surrounded by lots of Cafés and Bars. Your room is completely furnished with a 1,40 bed, a wardrobe and a table great for working and reading close to the window. It has 11,30m² with good proportions and a view of the trees and bushes in the inner courtyard of the house. The rent is 343€, heating, electricity and internet included. We ask for a caution of 700, which you will of course get back if everything is okay when Cate comes back. Unfortunately, since it's only one and a half months registration (Anmeldung) is not possible.
