Großes möbliertes Zimmer in der Nähe von Siggi und Uni Bielefeld (Also in English)

Das Haus befindet sich im Herzen des Bielefelder Westens: Siggi. Es ist 3 Minuten zu Fuß vom Siegfriedplatz und der Straßenbahnhaltestelle entfernt. Dadurch ist es gleichzeitig sehr nah an der Universität, Fachhochschule Fachbereich Gestaltung und der Innenstadt.
In der Nähe befinden sich auch Auto- und Fahrradverleihstationen.

The house is located in the heart of the west of Bielefeld: Siggi. It is a 3-minute walk from Siegfriedplatz and the tram stop. This means that it is also very close to the University, Fachhochschule Fachbereich Gestaltung and the city center.
There are also car and bike rental stations nearby.

Unser Haus ist eine 2-stöckige WG mit 4 Personen. Dank der Architektur des Gebäudes, haben wir separate Eingangstüren zu unseren Gebäudeteilen. So hat jeder von uns seine Privatsphäre neben den Gemeinschaftsbereichen wie Bad und der riesigen Küche.

Wir sind Niko (der Bioinformatik und Genomforschung studiert), Amro und Georges. (Beide machen ihre Ausbildung) (Luisa wird nicht da sein, während dieser Zeit).
Jeder von uns ist ein unkomplizierter Mensch, der uns eine sehr gemütliche, entspannte und unabhängige Umgebung bietet.
Obwohl wir eine Zweck-WG sind, gehen wir immer nett und respektvoll miteinander um und unterhalten uns gerne, wenn wir uns zum Beispiel in der Küche treffen. Trotzdem respektieren wir auch die Rühe.

Wir lieben Essen, und während der meisten unserer Treffen teilen wir Essen aus unseren verschiedenen Ländern, trinken ein Bier und sprechen über alle möglichen Dinge. Wir neigen dazu, jedes Problem im Team zu lösen und es endet oft in einer lustigen Geschichte.

Das Haus ist voll mit Möbeln von älteren Mietern, so dass wir kaum in das Haus investieren müssen. Luisa (Hauptmieterin) kümmert sich großzügig hinweg um die Zahlungen und die Miete. Das macht alles sehr einfach und bequem.

Da die Wohnbereiche getrennt sind, gibt es ein Mindestmaß an Hygiene und Organisation. Einfach jeder ist für seinen Bereich verantwortlich und die Gemeinschaftsräume (Bad und Küche) werden einmal pro Woche nach dem Putzplan gereinigt.

Die Waschmaschine steht zur Verfügung und jeder benutzt seine eigene Seife.
Wenn wir gewöhnliche Gegenstände wie Zewa oder so kaufen wollen, verwenden wir dafür meist das Pfandgeld.

Our house is a 2-store shared apartment with 4 people. Thanks to the architecture of the building, we have separate entrance doors to our building sections. So each of us has his own privacy next to the common areas such as the bathroom and the huge kitchen.

We are Niko (Studies Bioinformatics and genomics), Amro (Is doing an IT Ausbildung) and Luisa, (Works at a café and as a technical drawer for a company in Hamburg)
Each of us is an uncomplicated person who offers us a very cozy, relaxed and independent environment.
Although we are a Zweck WG, we are always nice and respectful to each other and enjoy talking to each other when we meet in the kitchen, for example. Nevertheless, we also respect when someone doesn't want to talk.

We love food, and during most of our gatherings we share food from our different countries, drink a beer and talk about all kinds of stuff. We tend to solve any problem as a team and it often ends up as a funny story to tell.

The house is full of furniture from older tenants, so we hardly have to invest in the house. Luisa (main tenant) generously takes care of the payments and rent. It makes everything very easy and convenient.

Since the living areas are separated, there is a minimum of hygiene and organization needs. Everyone is responsible for their own area and the common rooms (bathroom and kitchen) are cleaned once a week according to the cleaning schedule.

The washing machine is available and everyone uses their own soap.
If we want to buy ordinary items like Zewa or something like that, we usually use the deposit money.

Es gibt keine zusätzliche Zahlung, da die Miete, Wasser, Heizung, Strom, GEZ und Internet beinhaltet. Im Fall einer Reparatur verhandeln wir in der Regel mit dem Vermieter und entscheiden, was zu tun ist. Obwohl wir eine Zweck-WG sind, lösen wir Probleme immer harmonisch und unter Berücksichtigung der Bedürfnisse aller. Wir sind ein gutes Team!

Da die Nebenkosten von allen gleich bezahlt werden, wird sie im Falle einer Nachzahlung auf die gleiche Weise gezahlt.

There is no additional payment as the rent includes water, heating, electricity, GEZ and internet. In the event of a repair, we usually negotiate with the landlord and decide what to do. Although we are a purpose-built flat share, we always solve problems harmoniously and taking everyone's needs into account. We are a good team!

Since the additional costs are paid equally by everyone, they are paid in the same way in the event of an additional payment.
