I'm looking for a female student or worker to live in my room For the long term. I need this apartment as a registered address so that whoever will stay here can write their name under mine. Registration is possible.
I'm looking for someone who's understanding because all my belongings are in the apartment too and I might visit to get my things back and forth.
All the furniture in the room is my personal property and a person who will live here can use my stuff (like a bed and a table chair ) / I will try to pack my things as much as I can like my clothes in the cupboard my cupboard is small which is full right now if I find another alternative you might not worry about such things.
Otherwise, 70 % of my stuff is in the room. The deposit is refundable and the rent is fixed.
I have to sell the furniture anyone who wants to settle here permanently can take the equipment, my stuff in the kitchen. Few things I want to keep. but big stuff like furniture, rugs, and kitchen crockeries, 300 euros.
The bathroom and kitchen are shared.
