Hey! I am renting one room in a beautiful residential area in Bonn-Bad Godesberg. The rent period is 4 months.The apartment is quiet but central in a beautiful neighbourhood with historical houses in Bad Godesberg. The subway is around 200 m from the house (lines 16 and 63) and it takes around 10 minutes to the University. By bike you can get to the university in 20 minutes cycling by the Rhine - it depends on your physical condition. The train station to Cologne - a train comes every 20 minutes - can be reached quickly by bike or walking. You have in the city center of Bad Godesberg all you need for every day's life (5 minute walk).
The Rhein river is close to the apartment and invites you to do bike tours, jogging, etc. You have also kind of a central park in just 10 minutes bike ride, offering baseball, soccer, picnic places, a lake or just to enjoy a glass of wine counting the ships looking by. You also have the "Museumsmeile", the street with the main museums, just 10 minutes away by bike.
The apartment is rented furnished, dishes, WiFi, etc. are available and it is almost only the own toothbrush which has to be brought. The all included costs are 550 euros. The room can only be rented for 4 months depending on your needs. As landlords we also use the apartment two or three days a week. There are two rooms rented to two students/graduated in practice. The part for the owner and renters are quite divided (except for the new kitchen)
There is a common kitchen (with a big fridge for beer), a separate living room and a new bathroom.The garden can also be used. A washing machine ca be used and is included.

We are looking for open minded, interested and uncomplicated people to live in the apartment. Please consider that your shouldn´t be older than 26 years old.
German, foreign students and erasmus students are welcome. It would be nice if people living together get support from each other. We can explore the city together and go partying but also enjoy our privacy when we want to.
