Hi, as I am going on a long vacation outside Germany, I am renting my furnished 18 sqm room in Wurzerstraße from 05.06.2022 till 31.08.2022.
===Room===
The room is well furnished with a bed, a wardrobe, a work table and a couple of side cupboards.
===Apartment===
The overall apartment has 2 bed rooms, a common bathroom and a common kitchen. We have a 250Mbps internet connection. The kitchen has a 4 stove induction, a dish washer, a microwave and a fridge. The apartment is located in the ground floor of a multi-apartment building. The bus stop for Bonn-Steinstraße is only 2 minutes walk away from the apartment. You can reach the supermarkets - Rewe and Edeka in less than 10 minutes by walk from the apartment.
===Flatmate===
My flat mate is a working professional currently working from home.
===House rules===
There are a couple of responsibilities we expect from the new flat mate. As, we like to keep our apartment clean, we have a cleaning schedule to clean the bathroom and the kitchen once a week. We also have a responsibility of cleaning the common floor at the entrance of the apartment once in two weeks. As there are two people living in the apartment, you would have to clean the common area only once every 4 weeks.
As this is a short term rental, city registration is unfortunately not possible.
