Hi :)
I am moving out of my partly furnished room in a multicultural girls flatshare on 01.02.22, the flat is centrally located but still in a calm street (behind Altstadt). The flat is on the ground floor of an Altbau house and has a balcony with access to the very large communal garden, and rent is 375 euros plus bills (GEZ, internet, and electricity).
You will live with Celia (26), she is French and is working on Cologne at the French institute and teaching French online for China and Tais (29), who is Brasilian and works in the international cooperation field.
I will leave some of my furniture in the room, including my bed with mattress, a closet, sideboard and a small table, so you don’t have to get all the furniture. It would be great if you could take over the furniture, they are all pretty new and I would like to have 120 euros for them.
The building has a basement where you can store your stuff and your bike!
The location is great! Rewe and the tram stop Chlodwigplatz are around the corner and Aldi is 5 minutes away. The Altstadt is only 3 minutes away with all the bars and restaurants! The Rhine is very close by too, and you can reach the LVR klinik in 5 minutes where you can go for a walk or a run.
Both flatmates are lovely and the atmosphere is the flat is very harmonious and supportive. Celia loves to cycle, cook Indian and Chinese food, explore the surroundings of Bonn and bakes the best cookies. Tais likes to read, talk politics and make music, she is also a great host!
Both are working from the office and from home depending on the corona situation. We sometimes spontaneously have food together or share coffee or wine in the garden, but we also have our independent lives and travel on the weekends.
Write us a small text about yourself, we are looking forward to meet you!
We usually speak English in the flat, but could progressively speak more German.
