The room is 12 sq m and is located on the 2nd floor of apartment. It is very bright and spacious. Just outside the room there is a big terrace where we often go to chat or have some snacks. The apartment is available from 1 May but you can move-in few days early.
I got the room unfurnished and bought all the furniture so I would like to sell some of them to the next tenant. I want to sell bed, mattress, wardrobe and bed-side table. Price can be negotiated according to your budget.
You will share your bathroom with 1 girl, Franka(19 yrs). She is from Germany and currently doing her bachelors.
Kitchen is fully equipped and located on 1st floor and you will share it with 2 more people. Most of the time you will find the kitchen empty and have plenty of space and time to prepare your meal.
There is also laundry machine in the basement.
The apartment is located in Lengsdorf and it is very close to city center.
2 min walk to nearest bus station
12 min to Hbf by bus
5 min walk to Edeka, Apotheke and some nice restaurants.
15 min walk to Netto, Tedi
It is an ideal location if you love to hike.
Our apartment has students from different countries so mainly we talk in English.
You will be sharing your bathroom with Franka(19) and kitchen with Parth(21) and Salma(19).
We often have dinner together and play card games on some evenings. But we also respect each others privacy and spend quiet time focusing on our work, studies or private life.
