I am Piyush (27) and I am leasing out a room in my 2-room apartment. The room is on the ground floor, approx 17m2, and furnished. The room is spacious, and you will get sunlight in the morning and noon. Because of the large windows, the room has very good natural lighting. Since the room is big enough, a dining table is also included in the furnishing, which can be kept in the smaller part of the room due to the partition. You will also get the retractable double bed, as shown in the pictures. The room I am renting out is shown in the 3rd picture.
The kitchen is fully furnished with a 4-top stove, oven, dish washer, microwave, kettle, and instant pot. The shared washroom is equipped with a bathtub.
There is also a washing machine (free access) in the basement. If you are vegan or vegetarian, please let me know as this is a preference for me.
The rent is to give you an idea of the highest expected costs in winters. In summers, it is significantly lower as the electric heating will not be used. Ultimately, it depends on how much energy we consume. I am happy to be transparent about all the costs and adjust the rent as per incurred costs.
The apartment is located in Plittersdorf. It's walking distance (3-4 minutes) to a Rewe and Edeka. Aldi is about 10 minutes away on foot. The river can be reached in 5-8 minutes by foot. The neighborhood is rather nice, and there is a basketball court 3 minutes away. Bus 610/611 connect the apartment to the city center in ~20 minutes and you can catch a bus every 7 to 10 minutes.
After completing my masters I am working in IT at DHL. If I am not working, I like to bike around Bonn, go to pub quizzes, improv workshops, and music events in and around Bonn. I also spend quite some time in the kitchen. I am an easygoing person who does not stress over small things and likes to keep the flat environment light.
I moved to Germany 4 years ago and am still learning the language :)
The costs include heating. Heating in the apartment is electric.
For roughly 200 Euros, you (and I after paying my share) must take over a few things from the current Tennant.
