We've written it in English not to exclude the international community, but we're all German.

In total we are 11 people in our house (mostly students), split on three different floors of which each has a seperate kitchen, bathroom and toilet. Your room will be on the highest floor.
We have a small bathroom and a seperate toilet. Our kitchen is not very big but cozy and fully equipped with kind of everything one could need (including a sofa).
The size of the room is around 10 m2. The room is furnished with a working desk, a closet and a bed. The furniture should be taken by you for a cost of 60 €. Additionally, I'd ask you for an instalment payment (Abschlag) of 200 €, that you can get back from your successor once you move out again.
The room has to be rented for at least 12 months, otherwise the owner asks for a fee of 300 €.
The house is very close to the city centre and the train station (15 min walk). The bus stop is also in the vicinity.
The botanic garden of Bonn and the Venusberg forest are adjacent to the building, which gives a nice opportunity for a walk outside. The neighbourhood also has many cafes, restaurants and bars.
Supermarkets are on a few minutes walking distance (Edeka and Rewe).
We are four people on our floor: Leon (Bachelor student of chemistry), Lena (Bachelor student of computer science) and one new tenant (still to be decided). We do some stuff together from time to time and live together very harmoniously. As we have an open staircase, we hang out with the guys from the other floors as well and we have a nice WG community!
The room is empty from the beginning of May on.
We are available for room viewings within the next days, but seen the current situation, Skype calls are more reasonable.

As for the costs it breaks down to these components:
235 € - Monthly rental of the room
75 € - Monthly additional costs
15 € - Monthly electricity fee
60 € - cost for the furniture
200 € - instalment payment (to be paid back partially by your successor)
600 € - A one time deposit to the owner
