Hi there,
My name is Annika and I am moving in with my boyfriend which gives you the opportunity to live in this amazing shared flat. The room is very bright and airy, located between the Campus of Computer Science and the Poppelsdorfer Schloss with its surrounding parks and the flat comes with two great flatmates.
They are looking for a non-smoking woman between the ages of 22 and 32 years who is going to stay for at least a year. International and German candidates wanted. As the flamates are international the most common used Language is English. Speaking German regularly would be ok as well as both are able to. Please contact me if you want to move in later as well, we´ll figure something out ;)
The freshly painted room is 12m^2 and has an open front with windows in two directions making it bright and airy all day long. Additional storage comes in form of a huge built-in closet in the hallway.
The first bathroom includes a bathtub, in the second one is the washing machine. It is new and washes and dries both making laundry quick and easy. The third shared room is our fully equipped kitchen including a desk to eat at with everybody. Additionally to our cellar compartment you will find a room for storing bikes and a place in the underground car park can be rented separately.
The room will be rented out unfurnished. However if you need one, I could leave my bed. It is adjustable from 80 to 160cm width and 200cm long with a mattress of 80x200cm. Several shelving units are available as well.

The flat is situated perfectly, being a 10 minutes walk from the central station and directly at the Poppelsdorfer Schloss and the parks surrounding it. Similarly close are the Computer Science Campus, the Mathematical Sciences and the Mensa as well as other Natural Sciences.
The bus stop „am botanischen Garten“ is a just around the corner at the beginning of the Meckenheimer Allee. There you will find all restaurants you might hope for, including an ice parlour just across the street.
Supermarkets can be reached in 5 Minutes (Netto and Edeka) and more shops are in 10-15 Minutes walking distance, including the Kauber diy and hardware store, LIDL, ALDI and DM as well as many options for clothing in the centre of the city.
I will miss my great flatmates the most. They are easy to talk to and get along with everybody. The flat has always been a meeting point for people from all over the world. As both of them are in research preparing their doctoral thesis they work with international teams and have friends all over the world.
Shambavi is a 27 year old social scientist leading a research project taking place in rural parts of India. She does rock at Science Slams and likes to make music, including singing, playing the Ukulele and the Bongos. Pranjal is 29 and does like watching movies and doing sports such as bouldering, swimming and weight training. Both of them are really good cooks and like to prepare traditional Indian dishes, which are mostly vegan. Eating meat is allowed to ;)
We spend time together when ever we felt like it and closed our doors when needing to be more productive. Short questions often turned into deep hour long discussions and time well spend. If you are looking for more then a place to stay at night, here is a new home to live in, already filled with happiness and good memories in the making ;)
Please feel free to contact me on my phone, easiest via Telegram or WhatsApp ( Annika: +49 ----/-------)
To get to know you better we would like you to tell us some things about you e.g.
What are you doing in Bonn? How long are you planing to stay for? What is important to you in a shared flat?
We wish you all the best in these difficult times, stay save and healthy!
All the best, Shambavi, Pranjal and Annika
