The Room is fully furnished with a single bed, one chair, one reading table,one desk table ,and a single sofa. There is a basin iinsidethe room which contains running hot and cold water. It has two huge Cupboards and one adjustable SShelfOne room heater is running which is centrally maintained. There is no additional bill for electricity, warmthand water. Another facility, an active smoke detector remains there. Kaufland (2 min), Aldi (4 min) is also nearby. You have to pay the rent and the deposit money in advance. You will get the deposit back when your contract is finished. The deposit money will be deducted if you damage or break something that belongs to the room and accessories you are eligible to use. This room is located in a nice place where one can find bus and train station easily. Walking distance from the room to the train station Tannenbusch Mitte is 3 min. It takes 7 min to reach Bonn HBF by train.
The room is basically a shared apartment. There is common kitchen and Washroom for 5 people. Kitchen is decorated with separate cupboards for each people. There is a refrigerator and beckovane for common use. The kitchen is also full furnished. Each tenant need to bring own utensils to use.
When you sign the contract, you have to pay the deposit money (300 €) and the rent (300 €). If there is no damage or loss of money, the deposit will not be deducted. The keys are really important. If you loose all the keys, you have to pay 300 €. For single key 50 €.
