Suche WG Zimmer oder 1 Zimmer Wohnung in Bonn/Rhein/Sieg Kreis

-Lehramtsstudierender zur Uni Köln, Werkstudent als Athletiktrainer und Coordinator.

-15-30m² sollte das WG Zimmer haben, bin bereit, bis zu 450€ warm zu zahlen.

- Nahe an Straßenbahnen/Regionalbahnen wird von mir präferiert (Bornheim Roisdorf, Sechtem, Brühl wären idealerweise auch noch Alternativen).

- Nichtraucher, keine Haustiere vorhanden, seit November wieder Single (nach 4,5 Jahren Beziehung)

Suche zum 15.01, Wahlweise zum 01.02 2018, ein WG Zimmer in einer offenen und freundlichen WG.
Zweck-WG wäre nicht meins, da einer immer aus der Reihe tanzt und andere sich der Person anbiedern müssen (hatte ich in Lessenich schon gehabt).
Bin tierlieb und nicht allergisch auf Hunde, Katzen, Nager oder Vögel.
Wegen meines Studiums und meines Berufs bin ich auch recht viel unterwegs. Gelegentlich am Wochenende oder Abends anzutreffen.
Da ich Trainer bin (und auch fit sein muss), betreibe ich viel Sport. Bin also auch im Sommer für Badminton, Fußball (sowohl aktiv als auch passiv), Laufen oder Schwimmen zu haben :).
Am meisten mag ich jedoch Kraftsport (Gewichtheben), Triathlon oder auch Turnen.

To me:
I'm a Group Training Coordination Manager and Athletictrainer of a multinational Fitness Company, named Actic Fitness. At the same time i study teaching studies for the higher education (A-Level) at the university of Cologne.
The Gym where i work is located in Bornheim, a town between Bonn and Brühl (close to Cologne), reachable with the Line 18 or Busline 633 from Duisdorf Station.
We collaborate with public swimming pools to offer people the combination of scheduled Classes, Weightlifting, Fitnesstraining and Swimming (we are even able to prepare clients for marathons, triathlons etc)

Tidiness and Sincerity are 2 of my key skills. To me, being cleany, polite and respect personal ownership of others is part of myself indeed. I do not smoke and i have no pets, but i still love all of them (despite not being vegan)

My hobbies aren't quite usual stuff, i like going out to Wrestling events (Roch and Roll Wrestling Bash in Cologne), having nice chats, meeting new people (excluding Scandinavia and the Balticum, i've been everywhere in Europe), going to bars and stuff like that.
the things i love the most are close to all kind of sports and linguistics (especially romance and indogermanic). I don't read that much in private due to a lot of reading in the University and my Job.
Because this is my last Bachelor-Semester, i am quite occupied too, but nonetheless taking my time to do and strengthen social activities.

This means we can also do something together, but i respect personal privacy and space.
I'd like to see some pictures that i can get a first personal impression 'bout the flat.

I'm not looking for something temporarily, i am done moving in 6-12 month interval from flat to flat :P.

I'm looking for a flat starting at the 15.01 or the 01.02. The contract of my flat with my current landlord ends at the 28.02, therefore i can't financially afford double payment for 2-3 Months.

If we can arrange a personal/skype interview to get each other better known, ill be open for this.
