You are looking for something special? Wonderful, fully furnished room in small, 200 years old half-timbered house is waiting for you! It is stylishly renovated in ecological adobe construction, with ceiling beams, plank floors, sloping ceilings and modern LED lighting. In the small anteroom you can comfortably read a book, there is also the wardrobe.
There are 5 other residents between the ages of 19 and 59 living in the courtyard community in two houses. We like to sit together in the yard and garden from time to time, we also like to barbecue together, sometimes we cook for each other, but otherwise we lead an independent life.
Together with a roommate you will use the hallway and bathroom, and on the first floor you will share the eat-in kitchen and foyer with a third resident.
The room costs €360 and the rent is all inclusive, including utilities, electricity, gas, water and wifi. Deposit one month rent. The rental is limited until the end of February 2022, therefore especially suitable for Erasmus student.
The ideal combination of city proximity and countryside! In a quiet village environment you are in 1 min in the field and forest for walking, jogging, cycling, by train from the front door in 30 min in Bonn, in 45 min in Cologne. Trains run from 5 am to 1 am, on weekends continuously. Rewe, Aldi, Lidl, dm, butcher, baker, post office, organic food store, flower store, hardware store, gas station, McDonalds and rural corner pubs are within walking distance (5...15 min).
The yard community consists of two houses. We are 5 other residents from 19 to 59 years old. The community includes a courtyard, beautiful garden with dry stone walls and terrace. In the courtyard you can safely park your bike. We cook for each other from time to time, sit together on the terrace and barbecue, and sometimes we watch Netflix (in summer even outside).
The ceiling height is quite low, so you should not be taller than 1,90 m.
The start of the lease is freely selectable between 01.09. and 15.10.
If you live far away, an interview is also possible via video conference.
