Hello. One of the rooms in our flat in Findorff in Starnbergerstr will be available from 15th of February. The Flat is just next to "bus station 28" that goes directly to university in 15 mins, it is also 15 minutes to city center by walking and 5 mins. by number 26 and 27 busses), 15 min to Burgerpark (by walking) and just 30mts to Edeka and Donerhaus. It has one bathroom with tub and kitchen, which are quite enough and the room is about 16-17 m2 with a large window. Room itself has no furniture but my flatmate who is about to leave the room is planning to sell his furniture for around 120 euros (New ikea table and new maitress, also 140cm bed). The rent is 240 euros + electricity + gas + internet that costs 340 euros. Shortterm contracts will be accepted.
