The apartment is situated in a quiet residential area near the university (3 minutes by bike) with good connections to the city center. Bus lines 22, 630, and 670 are within a 5-minute walk, while trams 6 and 4 can be reached on foot in less than 15 minutes. They will take you to the city in about 20 minutes. Rewe, DM, Aldi, Lidl, and Aleco are also easily accessible (including the best Asian market in Bremen!), approximately 5 minutes away by bike.

For those who enjoy the countryside, the apartment is located right next to Jan-Reiners-Weg, which is perfect for jogging or cycling to feel the breeze.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen Wohngegend in der Nähe der Universität (3 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad) und hat eine gute Anbindung an das Stadtzentrum. Buslinien 22, 630 und 670 sind in 5 Gehminuten erreichbar, während Straßenbahnen 6 und 4 in weniger als 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar sind. Sie bringen dich in etwa 20 Minuten in die Stadt. Rewe, DM, Aldi, Lidl und Aleco sind ebenfalls leicht erreichbar (sogar der beste asiatische Markt in Bremen!), etwa 5 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad entfernt.

Für diejenigen, die gerne ins Grüne gehen: Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt neben dem Jan-Reiners-Weg, der perfekt zum Joggen oder Radfahren ist, um frische Luft zu schnappen.

Your future flatmate will be Margulan. He is studying Neuroscience at the master's level and has an easy sense of humor. He is mostly into sports and always open to doing something together. We take turns buying shared items such as toilet paper, cleaning detergents, etc., and there is a cleaning plan for every other week.

Dein zukünftiger Mitbewohner wird Margulan sein. Er studiert Neurowissenschaften im Master und hat einen lockeren Humor. Er interessiert sich hauptsächlich für Sport und ist immer offen für gemeinsame Aktivitäten. Wir wechseln uns beim Einkauf von gemeinsamen Dingen wie Toilettenpapier, Reinigungsmitteln usw. ab, und es gibt einen Putzplan für jede zweite Woche.

The room is available from August 20th to the end of this year. During this period, the normal rent will be charged, and you would transfer the rent amount to my account. The basic rent is €310, including electricity, water, WiFi (you can use my router in the room), and broadcasting fee (€9/month).

One more thing to add: Unfortunately, my flatmate Margulan might be leaving in mid-October, depending on the master's thesis he is currently working on. So, there is a possibility that your future flatmate could change at some point. However, we'll see how it goes.

Das Zimmer ist vom 20. August bis zum Ende dieses Jahres verfügbar. Während dieser Zeit wird die normale Miete berechnet, die du auf mein Konto überweisen würdest. Die Grundmiete beträgt 310 € und beinhaltet Strom, Wasser, WLAN (du kannst meinen Router im Zimmer nutzen) und Rundfunkgebühren (9 €/Monat).

Noch etwas zu erwähnen: Leider könnte mein Mitbewohner Margulan Mitte Oktober gehen, abhängig von seiner derzeitigen Masterarbeit. Es besteht also die Möglichkeit, dass dein zukünftiger Mitbewohner sich zu einem bestimmten Zeitpunkt ändert. Aber wir werden sehen, wie es läuft.
