I'm looking for a temporary flatmate for a cozy flat in Walle for the beginning of February (earlier is also possible in case you have an urgent circumstance). The duration of stay is approximately until the end of April but there is a possibility of an additional 1-2 month extension.
I (Nada -29) currently live here with my adorable cat - Fleur. Our flat is 60m2 and has a total of 3 rooms (2 bedrooms, 1 spacious living room), a bathroom, a balcony, a coat room, and a fully equipped kitchen with almost everything you may need (oven, dishwasher, instantpot, airfryer, coffee grinder, and baking equipment). There is also a big storage room underground.
Your future room is approximately 10 m2. The room is furnished with a desk, bed, armchair, nightstand, and clothing rack). The rent including the additional costs is 300 euros.
We live in a quiet street close to the center (15 min by public transport, 10 min by bike). The flat is a 3 minute walk to bus line 28 leading to the university (15-20 min), a 3 min walk to tram lines 2 and 10 leading to the center and is 5 minutes away from tram lines 3 and 5. The supermarkers Rewe and penny are also nearby (respectively 3 and 7 min by foot).
I'm Nada, I recently gradated from a master's in Neuroscience at the University of Bremen. I currently work from Home and travel often. Besides neuroscience, I'm interested in psychology, science in general, and philosophy. I love food, cooking, and baking! I'm not a vegetarian but I try to limit my consumption of meat. As for my future flatmate, I hope you like to have random conversations over coffee/tea or wine. While I obviously prefer to have a friendly relationship, I also respect your space and completely understand if you prefer to be alone. Since tidiness and cleanliness are important to me, I am also looking for someone who keeps a tidy place. Last but not least, you should get along with Fleur as she is the boss and true owner of this flat.
