The room is 21 m2 with a separate kitchen and bathroom. There’s also a small balcony directly attached to the kitchen. The room is located right in front of the jobcenter and very close to city center and Bremen hbf. The public transport connectivity is very good. The next penny is just 200 m away.
This flat has another room which is shared with myself (Dolly). I’m 28 years old and a passionate Engineer working as a Project Engineer. I’m born and brought up in India. I’m a very calm going and very friendly person. Most of the time after work I’m at home enjoying my personal space with some music and cooking delicious Indian food (South Indian). Sometimes in the weekend I’m up for a glass of wine or beer in hand and have some together time, but it’s not a must. I speak German, English, Hindi & Telugu.
The price is Warmmiete which includes Wifi and all other amenities. Regular cleaning of the common area in the building is a part of this WG.
