WG | Findorff - Short term stay

The flat is very much in the city centre (5 min by bike to the central station, 15 min to the university, 10 min to the Viertel (where most of the bars are)), but in a very quite part of town as well. There is no through traffic in the surrounding streets. The Bürger Park (central park) is just a two minute walk from our house.

Public transport can be access via two close by bus stations (3-4 min walking distance), buses are 25, 26, 27, 28, N7 (University 13 min, Central Station 5 min, University of applied science (Hochschule Bremen) 12 min).

All kinds of supermarkets (Rewe, Penny, Lidl, Aldi) are close by.

There are 3 people and a cute little feline friend on my floor. Your immediate flatmates will be Dung (28, master marine environmental sciences), and Merrit (32, teacher) (the cutest couple, super kind and very considerate), Jan (26, extremely creative, always up for spontaneous plans and a great person to talk to) and my favourite, Gouda (our cat; very loving, always hungry, never not having fun and never harmful ♥️ Your extended flatmates live on the ground floor. There are also 4 of them and all of them are very friendly. Sometimes one of us cooks for everyone, and we sit and eat together, either in the garden or downstairs. This way you have the benefit of a lot of roommates, without the downside.
On days you feel like doing something, be it sports, games, drinks, a concert, some dancing, going to the lake or the park you could very likely find someone to join you. And if you want to be left alone sometimes that's fine as well. Everyone is very considerate.
Please write me in your message describing about yourself a little and what are the basics you keep in consideration while living with other people. My flatmates are like my family and I want them to vibe with whoever moves in without any difficulties.
At the same time I have to mention that weekdays all or some of us have to get up early so please be considerate of that.
We have weekly rotating cleaning schedule that we follow and all of us like to keep the space clean, tidy and organized. So overall, we are tidy and clean but not over the top. It’s your space and you will be living there so doing something out of the cleaning schedule would be great sometimes.

Above us lives a quite couple with a dog. The house is surrounded by a small garden, and in the back, where the basement is at ground level, there is small terrace, where we like to bbq in the summer.
