We have a house with 5 flats. All the flats are rented to young european students that are doing an internship or traineeship at one of the european institutions. The address is 123 rue de theux, Ixelles
They are all between 18 and 26 years old.
The house is very well situated, at only 15 min walking from the european parlement and commission. And they are a lot of connections with bus and tram near the house.
This is a very nice area for young people because there are lot of pubs and restaurants with a lot of international people, mainly around Place Flagey and Place Jourdan which are very near from the house.
The rent of the room is all charges included (60 euro provision for WIFI, electricity, water, heating included in the monthly rent ..).
There's also a washing machine and dryer in the house for the tenants and you have access to a wooden terrace if you like to stay outdoors .
Because this room is in -1 level it has no window here so it's more a room for short stay here not longstay .
You can use the kitchen of the tenants on the groundfloor which has 2 nice big windows in case you like to work with natural daylight and from this kitchen you can direct acces to the wooden outside terrace
You have a sink in your room and a toilet just next to your room level -1 and you can shower in the shared bathroom on the groundfloor
Registration isn't possible and I only rent this room out for shorts stay .
Depending of the duration of your stay we charge a monthly supplement here.
We only ask a deposit of the first month rent for reserving a room to be payed on a Belgian bank account number

The 2 months warranty most be paid at the latest the day before arriving by bank wire on other bank account number
The renting period starting from April on is minimum until end of august so 5 months or longer
