1 min walk to mass traffic (M4 underground/tube, bus 7, 133E) and 1 min walk into BME central building through its back gate, 8 min walk to Corvinus (opposite shore of the Danube) and tram 6 stop nearby, near also to ELTE and city center (2 tram/bus stops).
290 €/month including all the utilities and fast wifi! Deposit 2x150 € is necessary.

BME central building is just the opposite side of the street!.(1 min walk!) Outlook toward BME University garden and to river Danube. M4 underground (metro) takes 1 min walk! 7 min walk to Corvinus, MOME. ELTE, PPKE universities and city center takes 2 tram/bus stops. Also 1 min walk to bus 7 and 1-2 min walk to tram 19, 41, 47, 49.
Parking is 6000 Ft/hour, for maximum 4 hours in front of the building on the street. Really restricted number of parking lots.
Roommates: 3 female/male students (age between 20-30) coming typically friom the European Union area. They are living in 3 other separated bedrooms with own entry and private locked with a key. Cleaning of the room is your task and cleaning ot the common premises is a task of the flatmates according to a sharing agreement.
The room is for your own exclusive usage. The second bed in the room is for your guest, if any.
There are at least two sets of bedlinen (pillow, pillow-case, blanket with a case, sheet, etc.)
Hungarian/English contract text including also the inventory of the room.
Contract cannot be prolonged after 31 July beacause of the cleaning tasks to be done in the flat.
