All the rooms are available from 1st September 2024, and the minimum rental term is 5 months, a full academic semester. A longer rental term for one more semester (till July/August 2025) is also possible.

Also, the party area of Budapest (Kazinczy street, Akacfa street, Kiraly street) is only 15 - 20 minute walk.
The flat is located right by Blaha Lujza tér (Metro 2) and II. Janos Pal Papa tér (Metro 4), minutes away from BME, SOTE, ELTE, pubs, and restaurants of Budapest. Most Universities are close, thanks to great public transportation.
