We have a room for rent in a stunning location apartment right at Astoria (red and blue metro, tram 47, 49, bus 7, 112 etc).

It is convenient to stay close to every main attraction and place to go. You can save a lot of time on travelling by choosing this location.

The flat has a living-room. The kitchen is equipped, washing machine is in the laundry room. There are 3 bathrooms in total. The rooms have keys, and you have access to 2 bathrooms, living room, the laundry room with washing machine, the storages, the kitchen with dining area and kitchen balcony.

About the flatmates: initially it is not a girls only apartment, but it turned out right now we have only girls here :) 1 of them is working, 2 of them are students, and one girl is doing her PhD. So now mostly young students, mixed nationalities.
All the tenants are really respectful and keeping the apartment organized. :)

The building is very well mainteaned, prestigious, has a pretty, huge, green garden with bike storage facility. Its safe, equipped with CCTV system, with decent, calm people living in the building. (No AirBnBs) :)

Possible terms:
Move in date:
18 January onwards, latest from 1th of February.
End of lease alternatives:
-30 June
-31 August
After it is possible to sign a new contract and continue the tenancy.

The price of the room is 400€, 450€ in total /month including all utility fees.
Deposit: 2 month's fee. (900€)
