Dringend Zimmer gesucht/ Room needed urgently

Halli Hallo,

Ich heisse Celina, bin 23 Jahre jung und habe vor kurzem einen Europäischen Freiwilligendienst in einer NGO in Budapest begonnen. Die Stadt gefällt mir super gut und ich kann es kaum erwarten alles zu erkunden! Voraussichtlich werde ich bis Dezember 2012 bleiben und suche deshalb ein Zimmer in einer netten WG (am liebsten international)oder eine Einzimmerwohnung. Wenn möglich möbliert.
Das Budget liegt bei 60 000 HUF/Monat, warm (etwa 190€).

Leider gibt es da ein kleines Problem:
Meine NGO (sie wird meine Miete bezahlen)benötigt jeden Monat eine Art Quittung, die sich hierzulande ÁfÁS SZÁMLA nennt.

Also, falls ihr bei euch ein Zimmer frei habt oder jemanden kennt, der mir helfen könnte wäre ich sehr dankbar!!

My name is Celina, I am 23, and I just started a one year voluntary service in an NGO in Budapest (until December 2012). I already totally fell in love with the city and can't wait to explore it more. But before I have to find myself a place to live ;)
I am looking for a room in a Shared flat with nice people or a studio appartment. If possible furnished.
My budget is about 50 000 HUF/month, warm (about 160 €).

But there is a little problem:
My NGO, who will pay my rent, needs a monthly VAT invoice which is called ÁFÁS SÁMLAT in hungarian. For that the Landlord/lady has to officially declare the flat to the fiscal authorities. This is actually obligatory, but no one really does it here.

So if you have a free room or know someone who has and who can provide me that invoice I'd be very grateful!
