The room is large, 16m², and is partly furnished. There is one table, one desk, one wardrobe, two mirrors, a shelf and a couch (mattress). You can also have a tv, if you want.
There are two large windows which can be wide open and a heating system which works very well. The kitchen is fully equiped and the house also has a wasching machine with dryer.
The house itself is pretty large, the living room has two couches, a tv set and a stereo. The people who live here are very friendly and quiet.
The rent is quite cheap if we take into account all the stuff here. Moreover, Ober-Ramstadt is close to Darmstadt and distance is not a problem at all. I live here but I study at TU, for instance.

The house is 2 minutes walk from the bus stop or 5 min walk from the banhhof. The train takes 7 minutes to the TU Darmstadt and it also goes to Darmstadt hbf and Frankfurt hbf.
