Hallo everyone 👋
I am Denisa(23y) and I am from Romania. I was an Erasmus student at TU Darmstadt (Electrical Engineer) till the end of October of 2022 and then I decided to try learning German. Currently I am doing this and work a part-time job. I will travel back home for some time and when i come back I want to move in with a friend of mine, therefore I am looking for someone to take my place in our apartment from 1st March.
Our apparent is on the 2nd floor and has laminate flooring. If you have a bicycle, it can be parked in the yard.
I am living currently with Alina( 24y) and Lisa (22y)
Both are from Germany. Alina is studying Chemistry at TU Darmstadt and she is doing a lot of sports and readings. Lisa is studying social work at Hochschule and she is part of a choir, music is a main hobby. The ambient is very nice with them and they are down to do activities.
My room is a bit smaller (11 m²) than my roommates and it's going to be unfurnished partially ( this is depending on you), but you can arrange it and everything you need has enough space. I had a couch that you can make it a bed ( I found this practical ),but a bed for one person can also work. The kitchen and the bathroom have everything you need. There is a washing machine and 2 fridges and the apartment is being heated with electrical radiators. We have also a balcony where you can spend nice evenings in peace or with your friends.
The apartment is located in Ehretstraße 5 ( very close to the tram station - Bessungerstraße). Prinz-Emil-Garten is across the street 🙌🏻. If you would like to live centrally in Darmstadt, then this apartment is perfect for you.
In Luisenplatz you can arrive in less than 10 minutes by tram, 7 minutes by bike. Stores ( Rewe, Aldi and dm) in 10 minutes by foot and for Penny as well.
The full payment is going to be 303 Euro (including Internet, electricity and rent)
