The apartment is on the last floor of the building (12th floor). It is worth noting that you have a wonderful view of Darmstadt!
The room itself is very cozy, warm, bright, and comfortable. In addition, you have almost access to one the balconies. I am saying almost because the room just has a window to it.
In the room, there are many pieces of furniture in the room such as a working table, a chair, a TV (smart LED Samsung), a closet, a library, a bed, and finally two small tables (as a toilette table).
It should be noted that the rent is warm and everything is included.
The apartment is located in a convenient
part of Kranischtein. There are many malls such as Penny, LiDL, EDEKA, a Turkish store, and a Russian store. Additionally, there is a post office near the apartment (almost 1-minute walking). Finally, there are several restaurants nearby, such as some Turkish restaurants, a Greek restaurant (exactly in front of the building), an Asian restaurant, and many others which have been not explored by me ;)
What's more, a Sparkasse bank is located near the building and we can almost do all bank tasks there.
There are two people are living there.
The girl is both a student and worker in TU Darmstadt.
The boy is a Ph.D candidate and doing his research.
They are very friendly, outgoing, trusted, and warm-blooded. They cook together sometimes and share the food.
To be honest, my friends respect other's privacy and are quiet and you will have a relaxing time.
The apartment was renovated (I think for almost one and half year). It has partly furnished. It has three rooms, the smallest of which is mine. Furthermore, there is a hall, a kitchen, two balconies, a bathroom, a restroom, a basement, and a bicycle garage.
There is a dining table in the hall, and a washing machine as well as a dishwasher machine are available.
