Looking for a WG/ Shared Apartment

Good day !
I am Prakyath Ballal currently working at MERCK as a project manager since April 2022. My workplace is the MERCK main campus close to the Darmstadt Northstation . I am very interested in the house and your advertisement, as most of the conditions meet my needs.

To tell more about myself, I am 30 years old and from India, been in Germany for 4 years and have a Master's degree in management and Engineering from RWTH Aachen. My hobbies include traveling, hiking, table tennis, cooking, and computer gaming. I don't smoke but drink occasionally. I speak fluent English and can also speak a little German (A2), additionally speak 4 Indian languages.

I have a lot of WG and shared living experiences so it would not be a problem to gel with everyone. I love to join in cooking on the floor or any fun events with WG, but I respect privacy and pay attention to cleanliness. I am employed so I would also pay the rent on time. I have a friendly nature and I like to think of us as a family when we living together. I would always be available if someone needs help.

Guten Tag!
Ich bin Prakyath Ballal und arbeite seit April 2022 bei MERCK als Projektleiter. Mein Arbeitsplatz ist der MERCK-Hauptcampus in der Nähe des Darmstädter Nordbahnhofs. Ich interessiere mich sehr für das Haus und Ihre Anzeige, da die meisten Bedingungen meinen Bedürfnissen entsprechen.

Um mehr über mich zu erzählen, ich bin 30 Jahre alt und komme aus Indien, bin seit 4 Jahren in Deutschland und habe einen Master-Abschluss in Management und Engineering von der RWTH Aachen. Zu meinen Hobbys gehören Reisen, Wandern, Tischtennis, Kochen und Computerspiele. Ich rauche nicht, trinke aber gelegentlich. Ich spreche fließend Englisch und kann auch ein wenig Deutsch (A2) sprechen, außerdem beherrsche ich 4 indische Sprachen.

Ich habe eine Menge WG und gemeinsame Lebenserfahrungen, so dass es kein Problem wäre, sich mit allen zu verstehen. Ich liebe es, beim Kochen auf dem Boden oder anderen lustigen Veranstaltungen mit der WG mitzumachen, aber ich respektiere die Privatsphäre und achte auf Sauberkeit. Ich bin berufstätig, so dass ich auch die Miete pünktlich zahlen würde. Ich habe eine freundliche Art und ich mag von uns als eine Familie zu denken, wenn wir zusammen leben. Ich würde immer verfügbar sein, wenn jemand Hilfe braucht.
