Hi, I'm Jakia and these are some details about the room. Its
circa 17 m2 room (furnished) with a balcony. Its on the
ground floor and have a view of the main street. All the
furnite is shown in pics. Kitchen is fully equiped.
There are 4 washing machines in the basement which you
can use anytime you wanna and there are 3 driers too. There
is also a sauna room in the basement which you can use
according to availability. Just need to ask about it on the
group so no one comes in.
Internet charges are not included in the rent and it is around
11€.
Location
The location is easily reachable by bus or U-bahn. The
nearest bus stop (Frankfurt (main) Dachsberg) is like 30
seconds (20-30 meters) by walk, nearest U-bahn station is
like 10 mins walk (Preungsheim) and nearest S-bahn station
is approx. 15 mins walk and its Berkersheim station. There
are 3 grocery stores nearby, REWE, Aldi and Lidl approx 9
min to 13 min by walk. There are other places like go karting,
bouldering, Gym at around 10-12 mins by walk. City center is
around 15 mins from the U bahn station and bus runs 24/7.
