The apartment is at the third and the last floors with an elevator. On the third floor there is only 2 apartment and the neighbours are really nice.
The apartment is a loft, there is 2 floors. Your room is upstairs, only for you. Your room is really big, 25m2 with a big bed, a big desk, with a lot of storage, 2 windows so it's really luminous. You will have also your own private bathroom with a shower, toilet, storage and mirror. Upstairs there is also some place if you need to accommodate friends, there is a guest room on the mezzanine.
Located in Dornbush you are just next to a U-bahn station going in 5 min in the center, by bike and car everything is less than 10-15min and you will not struggle parking if you have a car.
Max (French 30yo) and Juan (Spanish 32yo) have their own rooms downstairs with another big bathroom. The kitchen has everything, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine, two refrigerators ... and there is a lot of place to cook.
The vibe in the apartment is very chill, we like to play music (Max is DJ-ing) watch movie, having people at home and do brunch/dinner and big parties from time to time. However we are all working so during the week we try to keep it chill. At the same cleaning is important without to be maniac but we usually try to do it all together.
It's preferable to have someone who share a flat for more than the financial aspect especially since the apartment layout is very favorable to enjoy time in common space.
The living room is huge, with a big table to have dinner, a big sofa, perfect to have Netflix night !

They are really open-minded and always down for a lot different activities. In the apartment we like to share dinner together, watch Netflix together and do some party on the wk.
We have a good friendship together and a good atmosphere at home. We also like to have our own moments alone and have privacy. Max and Juan want someone open-minded, friendly, clean but not maniac, someone who enjoy new experiences, travelling etc. We also like to have friends at home on the wk.
