Hello,
My name is Khyati, I'm leaving the share house, and Luis, David and Khosoo are currently living in the shared apartment.
The room is approx. 15 m ^ 2 and has a window to the neighboring house. In terms of shape, it is cut rectangular. The floor is covered with PVC and the walls are papered. The room is furnished.
The room has a bed with a mattress, a couch, a coffee table, storage, chair, working table (not in picture though)as well as clothes rail. The transfer price also includes the portion of the dryer that I would give to the shared apartment. The renter should be willing to pay 800 euro for all the furniture (this amount is not including the 200 euro which is to be paid separately for the Deposit).
location
The apartment is located in the cozy old town of Frankfurt-Griesheim. The train station in Griesheim is an 8-minute walk away, from where the S1 and S2 go. The night bus also leaves here. Rewe, Netto and Penny offer shopping opportunities, all of which are within walking distance. A little further (about 10 minutes by bike) is the Griesheim Center as well as Lidl, Aldi, Rewe Center, Rossmann, hardware store, cinema, several fitness studios and much more.
Directly behind the house is the Main, which invites you to go for a walk and do sports. The bathroom has a clear view of the water. ;-)
Flat share life
The kitchen offers enough space to invite friends to cook and eat together. The dishwasher makes work easier afterwards.
The bathroom is large and spacious with a washer, dryer and bathtub. The shower and toilet are directly adjacent to each other.
If you run into each other, there is always time for a conversation, but since everyone has a different daily routine, I would describe the flat share as a shared flat for purpose.
